| Restrictions:
Sheri restricts the creation of 3" Customs - almost exclusively
to depicting small children. There are several reasons. Because nearly all ready-made
accessories are scaled to our 6" figures, props are hard to find that "fit"
well with the 3" Customs. The young girl seated at the piano (shown above) is an
exception. Here the larger size of the piano serves to emphasize the smallness of the
girl. Because the 3" figures are so small (short arms & legs and stubby bodies), it is more difficult to give them gesture and a feeling of movement. There is less room to provide details in hair, clothing, and other added accessories. They do serve well to depict children sizes especially when they are combined with the 6" figures which are depicting adults. Price of 3"Customs - The base price is $250 per figure for orders placed before December 31, 2005. This is for a basic figure with simple clothing and hairstyle. About 1/4 of the sculptures Sheri creates have no additional charge. Any additional charges will be for accessories Sheri has to create or purchase, or for complex clothing and hair. A few complex figures, with many accessories, exceed $500. Sheri asks for $100 deposit, with balance due upon completion. For rush orders, add $50: if shipped, add $15 S&H.
