| WHAT IS A CUSTOM SMALL FRY? It is a hand-tailored version of one of our adorable 6" sculptures
which is created to depict a special person in your life. It can
be made to suggest anyone you choose by creating their hair color and style, dressing them
in their special clothing, and surrounding them with items that are unique to their
profession or hobby. We think you'll agree, these "Customs" are terrific.
Sheri emphasizes that she strives to depict people, as
opposed to portraying them. NEED A UNIQUE GIFT for
someone who has everything? This is it! They can be simple or complex. They
can be dignified, serious, or downright funny. Sheri will work with you to create just
what you want.
ACCESSORIES help
to make each Custom unique. Whenever possible, Sheri uses ready-made miniature
accessories such as fishing poles, musical instruments, and furniture, if
she can locate
them. Fortunately, 1" = 1' doll house furniture and accessories are the right size
for her figures. About 20,000 ordinary items in this scale are available. If
she can't find
the right one for your custom sculpture, she can usually make it. Because of accessories,
she finds it almost impossible to give meaningful price quotes on
Customs.
You can save her time, and yourself money, by locating and purchasing any items
you want combined with your figure. You are bound to have a good time searching for these
fun items and it will assure your participation in the creation of the sculpture.
DELIVERY
TIME following Order - Allow 4 - 8 weeks
from Jan. - June. Allow 8 - 12 weeks for orders placed during July or after.
PRICE OF CUSTOMS
- The base price is $275 per
figure for orders placed before December 31,
2005. This is for a basic figure with ordinary clothing and hairstyle. About
1/4 of the sculptures she creates have no additional charge. Any additional charges will be
for accessories she has to create or purchase, or for complex clothing and hair. A few
complex figures, with many accessories, exceed $500. There is a $100 deposit, with balance
due upon completion. For rush orders, add $50: if shipped, add $20 S&H. Payment may be
